Born and raised right here on Long Beach Island, Phil and his team know this area inside and out. They understand the unique challenges that come with living at the shore – the salt air, the coastal weather, the way older beach homes are built. The team has worked on everything from historic LBI cottages to modern waterfront properties, and takes pride in serving the community they call home.
When Phil isn’t working, you’ll probably find him out on the beach surfing, or spending time with his wife, baby boy, and dog Lenny. LBI isn’t just where the team works – it’s home.
